We’re pleased to introduce the rollout of a new web site for The Allen J. Flood Companies, Inc.

While this site is a “new” one, it’s far from complete.  We have lofty goals for this new site and we’re confident that, in the coming weeks and months, you’ll be pleased as we continue to develop an interface that is easy to use and delivers the tools you need to make your job easier.

We’re taking a fresh approach based on the needs of our users.  Agents & brokers will continue to use our primary domain name – – to get the information they need to obtain quotes, contact us and learn more about our products and services.  We are, after all, a trusted Group Accident & Sickness insurance market for agents and brokers throughout the United States.

Students, health center personnel and administrators at boarding schools, colleges and universities have entirely different needs that demand unique services; therefore, we’re creating an new platform that caters to these audiences in a more intuitive, customer-focused manner.  Our commitment to this group is illustrated in the new domain name we’ll be using –  Look for the site to be ready for use this year.  Until its completion, we’ll be directing these audiences through the existing functionality.

In the future, we’re planning to implement a broker-friendly, real-time, quote engine for certain Accident insurance products, real-time access to non-personalized claims data and information about endorsed programs we manage such as the American Hospital Association Hospital Volunteer Accident Insurance plan.  Keep checking back with us periodically to monitor these and other enhancements.  Let us also have your feedback and suggestions.  You, the users, are critical to our success as an organization and your constructive feedback will help us serve you better.
