The quotation process begins with our obtaining as much information
as possible about the risk. This will include: the name and address of the
risk, the activities to be covered, the number and age range of the
participants and prior insurance history. Shortly after the information
gathering process is complete, we will then present the company's position and
take the time to walk you through the details.
Due to the highly specialized field in which we operate, the forms we use vary
by the type of risk. Many risks can be so unique that there is no single form
that can be used to effectively capture the information we need. In these
instances, just give us a call or e-mail us and we
can help you find a solution. For more uniform risks, click on the link that
applies below and either complete our underwriting form online or print it,
complete it and send it to us by fax or mail.
